Orders
To place an order, simply browse our collection and select the desired pair of shoes. Click on the “Add to Cart” button, review your items in the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or initiating a return and refund.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can follow our return policy for a refund or exchange.
Payments
If you place your order with ODeliver, cash on delivery and debit cards are accepted.
If paying online, Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard are all accepted (with a transaction fee of 1.72% + $0.12 USD) through WiPay.

Delivery
There are two options, TTPost and ODeliver.
Yes, absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Generally, we strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days after delivery for store credit or exchanges for a different size. Please ensure that the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
